WELDOR double pinch section bending machine is designed for bending section such as flat bar ,square bars, T-section, angles, channels, round bars, round pipes, square pipes in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and other alloy materials. Double pinch pre-bending machine with independent hydraulic adjustment of both side rolls. Large, high strength steel shafts, rotating in high-dynamic dual roller bearings for optimum performance and efficiency. Modular components universal tooling, in high-grade steel, hardened and wear resistant, adjustable to create the required grooves to fit the profiles to be formed. Machine operated in both vertical and horizontal positions, according with production needs.

The machine is fabricated of steel construction. On WSB 240 and WSB 180 rolls are driven by electric motor + planetry reducer. On WSB 120 rolls are driven via 3 separate hydraulic motor + planetry reducer. Hardened rolls. Shafts made of special steel, hardened and grounded. 3 directional manual adjustable guide rolls. Lower rolls hydraulic moveable up and down. Separate and moveable control panel. Hydraulic and electric installation rexroth, yuken Siemens, Telemecanique. Manual lubrication. Instruction manual.

Special rolls for tubes, profiles and angles. For WSB 100 and WSB 120 3 directional. hydraulic adjustable guide rolls. Digital display for hydraulic guide rolls. Automatic lubrication. Variable speed of rotation. Variable volt and frequency motors on request. Digital readout for Profile position indication.
